房間衞生乾凈整潔，每天都有阿姨來打掃的乾乾凈凈所有東西都給我們換新。酒店的地理位置很好，離王府井商圈和故宮都很近。特別Apple客房經理的服務特別好，非常善談，給我分享了周圍好多好吃的好玩的地方，還給我贈送了下午茶，吃了點水果喝了點茶水，看我一個人她還很親切的陪我聊天，幫我處理快遞問題，幫忙聯系了快遞公司。還主動幫我拎行李上車，非常感謝！

I had a great experience at the Sunworld Dynasty Hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for getting around. Facilities were well kept and I’d happily stay here again.

I had a very pleasant stay at Sunworld Dynasty Beijing Hotel. The location is perfect, making it very convenient to get around the city. The staff were warm, friendly, and always helpful, which made the stay even more comfortable. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I visit Beijing in the future.

房間完全超出預期，空間超級大的。超級nice，雖然整體設施看得出有點年代感，但是衞生很不錯，交通出行都很方便。好評

酒店服務員態度很好也很親切、地理位子就在王府井大街上逛街去故宮景點都很方便、但是酒店房間從新裝修的味道還是很重、房間整個不通風、格局也很壓抑、房間也小、有失老牌5星級酒店的風范、為了增加房間數量卻犧牲了入住客戶的感受及舒適度！安全程度也有所堪憂！

剛到酒店大堂就想退掉預訂，空間逼仄，完全不符合酒店星級，跟民宿似的。提交了退訂后又怕扯來扯去麻煩，就又取消了申請，想想也是自己選的，就接受吧。前臺給升級了房型，出乎預料。然后住了兩晚遇到的所有工作人員都很熱情，這點特別贊。行政酒廊出品真的挺差的，喝點飲料就行。綜合感：地理位置優越，服務態度優秀。軟件佳硬件垮。臨走把手機落在大堂沙發，被妥善保管，感謝??馬路對面涮羊肉好吃

the service could be better from the hotel staff. they were friendly but did not help with luggage. found 2 little bugs in the room as well but husband killed it quickly so did not complain to the hotel. there were also no delivery service for my parcels or deliveries up to the room, had to walk down and bring it up myself. location was close to wangfujing and tiananmen/ forbidden city but was very far from everywhere else. all didi rides took at least 30 mins outwards. the area around the hotel was pretty dead town after 9pm.

Great Location near Wangfujing & Excellent Service by NOVA Location: Excellent location! Very close to Subway Line 8 (Jinyu Hutong Station). You can easily exit via in88 or APM building. There are plenty of restaurants and malls along the street towards Wangfujing Station. Travel Tip: If coming from the airport with luggage, I recommend taking Line 5 to Dengshikou Station. Walking through the alley next to the hotel is much easier for dragging luggage. Room: Great furniture layout and bathroom. The hot water is stable (temperature doesn't swing). I recommend choosing a room with a window to help ventilate the room if the heater gets too warm. Service: Special thanks to NOVA. The staff communicates very well and was extremely helpful during my stay.

he hotel is in an excellent location, making travel very convenient, and it's close to the apm shopping mall. The rooms are very spacious, with ample room to open up luggage. The staff service was great, especially Alan, who helped carry my bags and saw me off to the taxi. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.
